We map how work comes into your business, build the tracker and dashboards to run it, connect your inbox and calendar, and train you and your team. Fixed price, one to two weeks.
Automation
The repetitive work, handled: reminders, statement and spreadsheet imports, status emails, weekly reports, and hand-offs between the tools you already use.
Custom app
A small web app that does one job well, with your name on it, hosted and maintained by us. Intake portals, client dashboards, field checklists.
HOW IT WORKS
Fixed price, no surprises
- A short call. Twenty minutes on what is slow, manual, or falling through the cracks.
- A written proposal. Scope, fixed price, and a delivery date. You sign a plain-language services agreement.
- Build and hand over. You see working pieces as we go. We finish with a walkthrough and written notes.
- Optional care plan. A monthly retainer for changes, monitoring, and new automations as your business grows.
