FEE GUIDE
Poshmark seller fees, worked out
Poshmark has two rules: a flat fee on small sales and a percentage on the rest. The buyer pays for the shipping label, so the fee is charged on the sale price alone.
The rate is Poshmark’s published standard rate, checked October 16, 2026 on Poshmark, What are the fees for selling on Poshmark?. Fees change, so check that page before you rely on a number. This is a guide to a platform’s fees, not tax or accounting advice.
The fee
$2.95 flat on a sale under $15; 20% of the sale at $15 or more. The sale price. The buyer pays for the shipping label.
What you keep at common prices
What is left of the sale price and the shipping the buyer paid, after the platform’s fee and before your label and what the item cost you.
| Sale price | How it sold | Fee | Left after the fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| $10.00 | Shipped, buyer pays the label | $2.95 | $7.05 |
| $14.99 | Shipped, buyer pays the label | $2.95 | $12.04 |
| $15.00 | Shipped, buyer pays the label | $3.00 | $12.00 |
| $50.00 | Shipped, buyer pays the label | $10.00 | $40.00 |
| $100.00 | Shipped, buyer pays the label | $20.00 | $80.00 |
Worth knowing
- At the $15 line the rule switches: a $14.99 sale pays $2.95 and keeps $12.04, while a $15.00 sale pays $3.00 and keeps $12.00.
- A shipping discount you offer the buyer comes out of what you earn on that sale.
- Your sale summary in the app shows the fee and your earnings for each order. That is the real number.
